Combining BIM and lean methods for scheduling for verifying and communicating demolition processes in an early project stage

Today demolition projects face various challenges: Health and safety regulations, environmental impacts tight construction schedules in addition to the involvement of many stakeholders with different backgrounds professions. Furthermore, there is a vast amount project data available forms. By combining BIM data, other Lean schedule, this paper presents method for visualizing simulating at an early stage before nomination general contractor, little additional effort client.
